Everybody knows the importance of building in high page rank, one way, correct linking text, back links to your site. These back links are the most important factor in terms of search engine optimization. It is said that 10% of your search engine optimization comes from on page and 90% from off site factors. The off site is entirely the links pointed at you. Trying to build one way links can be tedious, expensive and time consuming. That is the nature of the business. Here are three basic tips to build one way links.
1. Go to your favorite search engine and type in your main sites keyword blog. Each one of these blogs can provide you with a perfect link back to your site. Here is how. Go to the most recent blog posting, read it over and make a comment. The comment allows a back link. So where it says “name” type in your sites main keyword you want to be linked for. Now write an informative comment and post. You now have a link to any page of your site that has the correct linking text on a website that the search engines will probably love.
2. Sometime you are trying to get your site to be indexed quickly. Submitting your site to the search engine free submission service I have found to be fool heady. You need to post your link somewhere the search engines love to index so they can spider your link and find your site. Go to Craigslist and make a posting for your website. Include the URL and post. You can post it in the small business ads section to avoid being marked as spam.
3. Finally, we have the easiest way to build in links; you pay for them. Don’t be mistaken though, paying for your site to be listed on the majority of directories is almost redundant (except yahoo). You want to be linked to by a site that is in your niche, has high page rank, and will even deliver customers to you. Go to your search engine and search for your keyword. Now go through each of the web pages on the first page and contact the webmaster asking if they would like to link to you. They may not even realize you are building page rank if you are outside of the internet niche. Outside the “internet” niche you can get very inexpensive links pointed directly at you from sites you know the search engines like.
